We are looking for a well-rounded individual to consult, implement and manage a wide variety of solutions. The ideal System Engineer is someone who is considered a "jack of all trades" as you will be working with a diverse technical stack to customize solutions to our clients.

IT Senior Engineer "Jack of All Trades" (MSP) Responsibilities:

Provide technical project consulting and comprehensive IT support for a variety of business clients

Consult with end users and manage back-end systems.

Plan, execute and deploy computer, server and cloud solutions.

Implement network and printer reconfigurations.

Provide VoIP deployment, firewall management, virus/malware cleanup and end user help desk support.

Configure and install various computer and Windows servers

Migrate O365 & G-Suite

Azure build outs and migrations

Virtualization via Hyper-V or VMware (Configuring new infrastructure and completing P2V migrations)

IT Senior Engineer "Jack of All Trades" (MSP) Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 11.

Knowledge/experience with VMware virtual environments and experience with Microsoft 365.

Hands-on experience with ISP/router/firewall management.

Thorough knowledge of Ethernet network environments, Active Directory user and group management.

Ability to troubleshoot computer and peripheral hardware issues.

Microsoft certifications preferred, specifically Azure, Intune and Power BI.

Experience with ConnectWise Manage and RMM preferred

Cisco, Apple, VMware, CompTIA certifications a plus
