Service Partners, a subsidiary of TopBuild, distributes insulation and accessories to the residential and commercial end-markets. Service Partners is also one of the largest fabricators of gutters and rain-ware products, and a one-stop shop for top-grade building insulation and building products for home and commercial projects.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for growing and supporting spray foam-related products by working with Service Partners Regional Leaders, Service Partners personnel (inside/outside sales), to Educate and support SP associates and customers on equipment, application, chemistry, and safety. Participate in joint sales calls with SP Sales to assist in creating new opportunities selling SPF related products. Work with regional leadership to assist with selling goals. Work with the marketing team to assist with projects that align with selling goals. Work with the Rig RX team and management to leverage the value of support and expertise in a way that grows revenue on the top and bottom lines. Assist with planning training events and branch-selling events.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under minimum supervision – work with the Service Partners Regionals, Branch Managers, sales reps, customers, and vendors concerning selling, training, education, repair, and support of:
SPF affirmation training, completion and sign-off
Service Partners equipment and SPF rig builds/Graco Equipment
Work with RIG Rx to troubleshoot and repair
SPF chemistry sales
SPF field accessories
Standardize Offerings at the Branch Locations
SPF coatings (ignition and thermal barriers)
All other Service Partners products and services
Support Marketing and Business Development on selling opportunities
Help with planning and executing Business development type Expo’s at locations
The Utilize RIG Rx Team to the Sales Advantage and help meet Sales Goals
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 3 years SPF field Sales experience
Minimum 5 years SPF industry experience
SPF roofing and SPF insulation knowledge/application
Heavy customer service required
Mechanical & construction experience
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING:
Valid driver’s license
SPFA PCP Master Applicator helpful
ACC/CPI – on-line safety training (pass rate of 100% mandatory)
BPI certification helpful
ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:
Mechanical, construction, plumbing and electrical aptitude
Building Code & Building Science knowledge
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Marketing & social media skills
Spanish Bilingual Preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass medical evaluation for PPE – Supplied Air Respirator (SAR)
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb and lift up to 100 lbs:
