Mortgage Loan Officer - Consumer Direct

We are searching for Loan Originators nationwide for our online division, This is a phenomenal opportunity for an experienced Originators who is looking to grow their book of business. If you are a Loan Originator who has focused on self sourcing your business and knows they can do more, we want to talk with you!

Compensation: Base salary plus commissions

On top of having the best retail mortgage platform, Owning has superior technology and marketing to help originators maximize their opportunities. We have recently launched our Same Day Mortgage, Power VP, and our new Rate App, we will continue to focus on creating new tools and support that help Originators win more business.

These are challenging times for the Mortgage industry, more than ever it’s important for Originators to be with a Mortgage company that is going to give the best chance of winning more business. Provide impeccable follow up with our borrowers that have applied, and/or any one of our aggregate partners

Maintain all company, state, and federal compliance standards

Engage and excel in everyday sales activity that will contribute to a minimum standard of 6 funded loans per month

Manage 30-50 phone calls per day
