Saint-Gobain Abrasives Inc is a global leader in abrasive solutions, providing cutting-edge products for precision grinding, cutting, and polishing applications across various industries. We are looking for an innovative Industrial Technical Manager to lead our Superabrasives group.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Technical Manager to lead our quality control, operational excellence, and CAPEX department staff. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving process optimization, quality assurance, project management, and strategic modernization initiatives. What you will be doing in this role:

Manage and direct quality control, operational excellence, and CAPEX department staff to support divisional and site operating objectives.

Develop and implement comprehensive quality programs in alignment with industry standards and certifications.

Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction through the adoption of World Class Manufacturing principles.

Oversee capital projects to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, while optimizing cost and efficiency.

Provide leadership and support for business initiatives across all areas of the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams.

What you should bring to this role:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Polymer, etc) is required, Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of Facilities & Maintenance management/supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.

10+ Years Solid TPM implementation and sustainment experience required, clean room maintenance experience preferred.

Knowledge of OSHA requirements and strong commitment to safety practices is required.

Experience in Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.

Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing organizational needs.
