Description:

The Warehouse and Operations Analyst maintains, within NetSuite, accurate inventories at our manufacturing facility and outside third-party partners as well as all operational inventory transactions. The role oversees cycle counts, investigates and implements robust procedures to reduce inventory variances, and creates and delivers advanced reports that inform decision-making processes. THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE.

and revise standardized procedures to improve the efficiency of processes to maintain inventory accuracy.

daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.

the root cause of inventory discrepancies to reduce the rate of occurrence.

Lead monthly, semi-annual, and annual Physical Inventory.

Rotate product within our 3PL locations, as needed, to ensure FIFO.

Utilize the system to identify and analyze trends and deficiencies.

Maintain a system that provides daily inventory health updates to sales and Management.

with the various teams on variance reports and cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy.

Production’s work order inventory allocation, consumption and RTS process.

as the primary contact for inventory system-related inquiries on the production floor.

opportunities to reuse, recycle or dispose materials to minimize unusable inventory.

the accuracy of inbound and put away transactions.

finished goods system adjustments and provide background research that stem from inventory discrepancies.

inventory and builds at 3PL warehouses and co-manufacturers.

and mentor production and material handling staff in effectively using the WMS and ERP systems.

with always being audit and 5s ready.

with training other team members in inventory control.

weekly meetings, when necessary, with teams to review inventory and production discrepancies.

Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, including pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and forklifts.

safety while using equipment and tools.

Must understand and adhere to HACCP processes, Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs) and safety practices (LOTO).

Devise and implement strategies to connect NetSuite, MES, and WMS systems.

Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a logistics-related emphasis, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience/certifications

Preferred 2+ years of experience in warehouse analyst or inventory management position

Solid organizational skills are necessary.

Good problem-solving skills to improve efficiency and inventory issues with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

in utilizing ERP systems within a manufacturing environment; familiarity with NetSuite is preferred.

communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with production personnel and management.

with Microsoft Office Applications and RF scanners.

be able to maintain forklift and pallet jack certification.
