W-2 Only/$65.00 - $77.00 per hour W-2/ NO(C2C, Sponsorship, Transfer, H1B, OPT, F1)

Must be onsite 3 days a week in Irving, TX / 12 month contract

The IT Infrastructure Program manager is responsible for establishing governance for managing and providing direction for infrastructure programs of varying size and complexity from initiation through completion across cross-functional project teams. In this role, you will liaise between business stakeholders and our IT department, balancing business needs with hardware capacity and supporting seamless integration. You will review all project requirements and determine scheduling, budgeting, and resource needs. In addition, you will ensure the scope of work is well-defined and consider the integration of systems to ensure a seamless deployment. In addition to educational qualifications, applicants should have experience in IT project planning and be comfortable adhering to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Manages the day-to-day aspects of a program(s) to deliver high-quality, on time, on budget outcomes within the project scope.

Coordinates the identification and planning of all project work streams, including working with each functional manager and/or Project Manager to plan work product schedules, identify key milestones, manage dependencies, identify, track, and manage risks/issues/decisions, and report on project progress.

Implements consistent process and tools and identify emerging best practices and issues to help continuously advance project methods and practices.

Work closely with executives, business unit leaders and product owners to educate organizations to use a variety of approaches to deliver customer value in both business and IT teams.

Provide expertise to align multiple teams, collaborate and facilitate quarterly planning with large groups, manage portfolio backlog and facilitate decision making with project stakeholders, Senior Leaders, and Architects.

Coaches, mentors, and provides guidance to all project team members.

Provide feedback to management at all levels regarding the progress project teams

Leads and oversees the identification, execution, and updating of project timelines, tasks/responsibilities, and deliverables.

Works with project team to identify project risks and mitigation plans, resolve issues, and eliminate project challenges.

Coordinates and responds to project changes, including escalating project issues and decisions as needed.

Provides strong leadership capabilities to lead and direct project teams, leading team decision-making processes, and cultivating an environment of healthy team debate and collaboration.

Ability to build project plans for Agile and Waterfall methodologies to align with infrastructure resources.

Requirements:

Must have an IT Bachelor’s Degree (4yrs)

Must have at Least 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required. (Please attach certification with resume.)

Program management experience and knowledge of concepts and practices.

5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project management

Experience in Network and Network security is a MUST.

Experience in creating reporting and delivering status updates at an executive level is a MUST.

Experience in leading programs for large (1000+ site) retail projects is PREFERRED.

Experience in leading programs for large (1000+ site) retail deployments is PREFERRED.

Experience in guiding senior project managers to deliver overall program deliverables on-time, on-budget, within program scope.

Experience coordinating cross functional Infrastructure teams as well as Network Security teams.

Ability to lead, manage, coordinate, plan and deliver projects on-time, on-budget, on-scope with high quality.

Experience with digital transformations (Waterfall to Agile).

Experience managing vendor contract deliverables to ensure they are met and accepted.

Ability to demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of complex information systems and technology organizations.

Experience developing and managing software, hardware, and services contracts.
