Are you ready to lead transformative projects that drive productivity and innovation? We're seeking a talented Sourcing Project Manager to spearhead critical initiatives in Productivity, Supply Chain Development, and Enterprise Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams to implement complex sourcing and supply chain strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Operational Excellence: Develop integrated project plans and action plans to achieve operational objectives and target completion dates.

Supply Chain Optimization: Drive supply chain performance optimization, domestically and globally, through strategic project management and alignment with company-wide strategies.

Innovation and Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks, drive continuous improvement, and drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction through innovative solutions.

Collaborative Engagement: Foster strong internal and external relationships, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing engineering, project management, or operations management.

Certifications such as CPIM, CPSM, or PMP, and Lean/Six Sigma certification are desirable.

Travel: 20% (Domestic & International)

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, identify objectives, and resources effectively.

Comprehensive understanding of sourcing, procurement, MRP, inventory, logistics, and production principles.

Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Enthusiastic about driving sourcing strategy execution and leading diverse teams.
