Project Coordinator - Manufacturing

This position is On-Site, Monday - Friday, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator actively works with the Manufacturing teams to help coordinate and contribute to successful manufacturing development activities. This position works closely with leadership personnel to allocate necessary resources to projects that will improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of our deliverables as well as the processes to create them. This position requires cross-departmental collaboration to maximize communication, facilitate the timely completion of tasks, manage project timelines, and provide regular project reports.

Assist Managers in developing project plans.

Allocate available resources to projects based on resource skills.

Coordinate meetings for key project personnel.

Maintain visibility of project schedules and other key deadlines that are essential to keep projects on track, using PM software and/or other software.

Provide follow-ups on projects to pertinent personnel and ensure on-time project execution.

Continuously maintain a focus on development and make recommendations on ways to work more effectively as a team.

Give presentations and other updates to leadership personnel.

Assist in the resolution of project roadblocks.

Mandatory to work extended hours as needed to support project needs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required and 5+ years of experience in project coordination

Associate's Degree with 3+ years of experience in project coordination

3+ years of experience working with Project Management software and tools
