Duties:
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to streamline the new hire process
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees
- Coordinate training development programs for different departments
- Manage employee relations during the onboarding phase
- Utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro and PeopleSoft for onboarding tasks
- Conduct employee evaluations during the onboarding period
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in onboarding processes and procedures
- Strong knowledge of cold calling techniques for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with HRIS software such as UltiPro and PeopleSoft
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
