Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist

We are currently seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This position is responsible for loan documentation, loan research, process administration, and communication.

Essential functions of the role:

Prepare commercial loan documents that reflect approved loan terms and collateral positions

Assess risk pertaining to loan structure and collateral perfection

Determine and document loan closing needs

Demonstrate knowledge of loan structure and impact on capital reserve requirements

Coordinate with lenders and attorneys to research issues involving lending documentation and collateral perfection

Review current processes for efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Bank experience preferred

Loan experience preferred

Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software
