Our Digital Marketing and Research Team is seeking a Data & Digital Marketing Specialist, enabling our firm to recruit the highest quality Finance and Accounting professionals in our market.

Responsibilities

Creation of regular Organic and Promoted Content in Canva

Assisting with Job Postings to drive applicant engagement

Assisting with our monthly Newsletters, Campaigns, and Audiences in Hubspot

Updating and Maintaining our Company Website and Social Media

Occasional Marketing based data-enrichment

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

0 - 2 + years of work experience in data-driven marketing, graphic design, or similar creative field. (Open to a current college student or a recent graduate)

A positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Ability to organize data in meaningful ways to help drive engagement

Basic Excel Skills, familiarity with CRM systems preferred

Desire to leverage data to improve systems and processes
