As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join our team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading HR initiatives, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

· Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.

· Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

· Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.

· Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, and ADA.

· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

· Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

· Drive initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

· Stay informed about current HR trends, best practices, and legal developments.

· Manage HR budget and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles.

· Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, best practices, and working with PEOs.

· Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
