Our client, a leading construction company based in North Carolina, is in search of a skilled Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects. Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements and exceed expectations.

Implement sustainable building practices and environmentally-friendly solutions throughout the construction process, aligning with our client's commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, and reports, to ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications.

Lead project team meetings, provide clear direction, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction.

Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-construction to closeout.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green construction techniques preferred.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
