The Role:

We are looking for a Product Owner to help ensure our software platform consisting of multiple web and mobile app products meets the needs of the market and the user. This role will require partnering and collaborating closely with multiple teams to collect customer-driven feedback, prioritize the product roadmap, and define software development scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain backlog, current and future sprint boards.

Run sprint planning meetings and create Jira tickets with well-defined stories/scope.

Ensure resource capacity is properly being tracked, allocated and managed.

Handle communication between the Product and Customer Success teams.

Manage product roadmap, deadlines for projects/implementations and priority of tickets.

Help remove blockers by gathering requirements and additional information.

Ensure product work is delivered on time and meets quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

At least 2+ years working in a scrum master, software product owner or software project manager role in an organization using agile development methodology.

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a professional setting.

Proficient in managing resources and requirements for product enhancements, bug fixes and scaling projects.

Experience using Jira for project management.

Background in technical writing.
