Brooksource is looking for a talented ERP Project Manager to join one of our large food safety clients. The team is looking for someone to join and support the ERP implementation to Oracle Fusion.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall management, communication, coordination of enterprise level initiatives. The Project Manager ensures multiple projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet expectations while managing multiple groups of people.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to outline people, process, and operating efficiencies.

Utilize key leanings and model assumptions to identify operational impacts.

Accountable for managing and monitoring project performance of multiple projects with one or more internal and external dependencies

Understanding of routing, modeling, forecasting and quotas, escalations, and domain experience

Requirements

7+ years of experience with Program/Project Management in which you’ve managed multiple Project Managers and teams simultaneously

Strong knowledge and experience in various Project Management and Program Management concepts

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion

Expert in Jira

Professional experience forecasting, budgeting, and staff modeling

Experience constructing consolidation models

Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately.

Understanding of and SDLC and Agile disciplines

Understanding of the concepts, theories and processes of the Project Management Methodology

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of labor, cost management and project tracking and management tools

Utilization of MS Excel and Tableau to work thru large quantities of data
