Not looking for a SharePoint Developer. Seeking a SME.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

o People-oriented evangelist for new process and collaborative tools, helping users realize value in the SharePoint and Teams space.

o Inspire others on how the collaborative environment of SharePoint and Teams is better than “the old way” and brings new efficiencies and capabilities.

o Teach others to have an eye for organization, taxonomy, details, and security.

o Raise overall collaborative and document management competency.

o Consultation and Hands on assistance supporting Electronic File Management.

o Coach content owners and work groups on how to properly categorize and secure their content, surfacing what is most important.

o Serve as SME to develop Stream-specific training content and job aids.

o Replicator of excellence.

o Reinforce internal training.

o Develop and support “super users” concept across Stream to enhance end-user enablement.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High service ethic, excellent interpersonal skills; skilled in delivering coaching and crafting small group presentations.

· Good general business acumen and desire to work with business users with varying degrees of technical knowledge.

· Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of dynamic changing organizational priorities and ambiguous environments.

· Strong “English” communication skills.

· Project Management skills and an understanding of the triple constraint.

· Demonstrated, quality focused, track record of successful projects.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Technical

· Degree qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.

· Business / Technical / Library Science / Archival Science / Education

· 4 to 10 years of relevant SharePoint/ Teams User / Super User experience.

· Relevant formal Microsoft SharePoint / Teams training and certification are desirable.

· Relevant certifications include MS-700, MS-900, PL-900, or the now retired MS-300 and MS-301.

· Demonstrated commitment to ongoing training and development.
