Fullstack Engineer (Node/Angular)

Software Engineer - (Angular/Node) - Hybrid in Orlando, FL

Optomi in partnership with a world leader in the entertainment industry, are seeking a skilled Angular/Node Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and backend services. You will work on a variety of projects, from enhancing existing platforms to creating new interactive experiences that captivate our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Angular for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.

Implement responsive designs that deliver an exceptional user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of software releases through automated testing and other quality assurance processes.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

6+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with expertise in Angular v15+ and Node.js.

Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
