Sr. Consultant, Meditech Clinical HIT Analyst

HPG is currently accepting applications for seasoned Meditech analysts who will serve as subject matter experts. Do you have a driving desire to improve patient care, improve patient safety and improve clinical outcomes through the use of clinical information systems? As an HPG Senior Meditech Consultant, you will be creating a more consumer-centric healthcare experience, and drive physician, clinician and patient engagement enterprise wide.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

5+ years of Meditech application support and build experience.

Expert in MEDITECH (Magic, C/S, Expanse) surrounding various modules.

Ability and willingness to travel weekly to and from the customer site as required by the customer

Must have strong documentation skills, organization skills, and the ability to interact with team members cross-functionally.

Creates deliverables independently.

Provides coaching and technical and functional guidance on specific project deliverables.

Leads in communicating requirements to development, testing, education and training teams.

Adaptable and flexible.

Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation.

Ability to learn new technologies, methods, and processes.
