Senior Interior Designer

Position Overview: As a Senior Interior Designer with a focus on hospitality projects, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for hospitality projects.

Develop innovative and creative design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.

Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.

Select appropriate FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) that meet project requirements and budget constraints.

Utilize Revit software to create accurate 3D models and construction documentation.

Lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of design and construction.

Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.

Cultivate strong client relationships and participate in business development efforts to secure new projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects.

NCIDQ certification preferred.

Proficiency in Revit and other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and procurement.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in project management is a plus.
