Investment Accountant

Investment Accountant - Up to $110k depending on experience

Insurance company in growth mode looking to add an Investment Accountant. Responsibilities will include accounting policy, technical accounting, analytics, financial reporting, monthly analysis, and more. ***2 days in office, 3 from home

Responsibilities:

Research various technical accounting guidance and play a key role in implementing new accounting standards.

Create and analyze financial statements.

Prepare fair value disclosures.

Prepare and analyze statement of cash flows.

Analyze and reconcile financial data between GAAP and IFRS frameworks

Ad-hoc projects and analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

2+ years of Big 4/Large public accounting experience

CPA preferred
