Project Manager
Key Purpose
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. This position requires a high level of technical understanding including electrical, mechanical, and other building systems. This position also requires a knowledge of a variety of corporate real estate portfolios, including industrial, warehouse, commercial, and office.
Project Manager, Interior Design is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of interior design projects for corporate buildings. This includes working with stakeholders to develop and implement design plans, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating the work of contractors and vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
and manage interior design projects for corporate buildings, from initial concept to completion.

Qualifications and Requirements:
degree in Interior Design or related field.
5 years of experience in interior design project management.
understanding of interior design principles and practices.
with budgeting, scheduling, and project management tools and techniques.
communication and interpersonal skills.

to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Skills and Experience:
with commercial interior design projects.
with AutoCAD or other CAD software.

Ideal Candidate Experience
in use of Project Management software, especially Microsoft Project and Smartsheet’s
of cost estimating and budget management
in computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access), AutoCAD, MyMCS, and JDE systems
written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with team members and with customers at all levels of an organization
level of organization and ability to prioritize
