Role: Windows Production Support Analyst

We at Coforge are seeking Windows Production support Analyst with following skillset :-
Minimum of 3 years prior work experience working with an application development organization; must demonstrate experience supporting systems and projects from inception through implementation
BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field
Participate in Incident ‘Queue Watch’ monitoring and escalation
Provide Level-1 Production Support responsibilities, including but not limited to: Queue monitoring, incident triage, and service level reporting.
Become proficient with core applications and/or database systems
Provide oral and written technical problem root cause analysis, resolution and application support
Participate on cross-functional teams to support business strategies as they change
Participate in Change Management support and ensure ITIL standards are being met.
Participate in Problem Management process and ensure ITIL standards are being met
Assist in identifying process gaps and suggest improvements
Working with vendor resources and coordinate releases in a fast paced environment
Hands on experience and knowledge of recent versions of Microsoft Windows Server / Desktop environments and related components
Experience/Knowledge with Web Servers, Citrix solutions, Windows RDP
On-call duty (rotation), flexible working all hours including weekends
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a critical requirement
Self-motivated with an ability to work well within multiple teams
Goal oriented with an ability to complete tasks on time and within budget
Ability to manage time and prioritize work depending on changing factors of projects and daily tasks
