Required Skills & Experience
Bilingual Spanish required.
2+ years of Helpdesk support background, ticketing systems, light Active Directory
Technical proficiencies with applications/systems as we support hundreds of applications on multiple platforms.
Basic understanding of information security.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software.
Proven analytical skills.

Coordinate with own team to fulfill requests.
Work closely with other groups within the business and throughout the company.
Assist with providing core customer service support for targeted applications and system.
Utilize Microsoft applications for creating and maintaining basic files.
