About Position:

Role: Client Partner - Pharmaceutical Sales

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

We are looking for a Client Partner for our Healthcare & Lifesciences vertical who will support us in expanding our existing footprint in the Pharmaceutical business segment.

The ideal individual will have strong skills in managing P&L responsibilities, as well as excellent client handling and communication skills. This individual will Manage & fulfil end to end needs of the customer in the pharma segment within persistent. Also will have skills in Supply Chain Operations, Leadership, Supply Chain Transformation & Solution Selling.

What you'll do:

• They will be responsible for managing the pharma customers & providing them with warehouse and logistics solutioning.

• They will be responsible to provide PoVs and business transformation which have relevance to board level concerns, Business KPI improvement, digital supply chain solution, sales play books and digital transformation for our clients globally.

• They will be responsible to provide solutions to Supply Chain Operations & Supply Chain Transformations.

What you'll need:

Shall be a pioneer in providing solutions in the aspects of Smart manufacturing, digital supply chain, optimizing distribution and improving operating costs and efficiency to the pharma customers.

Will need extensive experience in handling customers who need expertise in Order to Cash, Inventory to Deliver, and Supply Chain aspects along with skills in Consulting sales.

Should have extensive cross-functional experience in advanced, connected supply chain solutions, strategic thought leadership, and digital transformation.

Should have experience with large scale warehouse transformation program that uses enterprise level integrations.

Should have led complex and large programs to deliver significant cost savings to customer, improve order fulfillment rate.
