Title: Salesforce Vlocity Developer

Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Vlocity Developer at Capgemini, you'll play a crucial role in implementing robust Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' needs. You'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce Vlocity along with your strong technical skills to design, develop, and deploy customized solutions adhering to Salesforce's recommended standards. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end requirement analysis, solution design, development, and post-implementation support. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to make informed decisions regarding out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionalities versus customization.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your 5 years of Salesforce Vlocity experience to implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Engage in discussions with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to determine the best approach, whether leveraging OOTB features or implementing customizations.

Implement DevOps processes using Copado with Vlocity to streamline development, testing, and deployment.

Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce administration, with a deep understanding of Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, GitHub, and other related tools.

Possess hands-on technical experience in Visual Studio, Postman, SOAP UI, APEX, and other standard Salesforce features.

Conduct end-to-end requirement analysis, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Develop custom Lightning Components using JavaScript within the LWC framework to enhance user experience and functionality.

Showcase excellent client-facing skills and communication abilities, ensuring effective collaboration and understanding of client requirements.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Vlocity implementations.

Proficiency in Copado with Vlocity DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.

Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and related tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, GitHub, etc.

Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Postman, SOAP UI, APEX, and other standard Salesforce features.

Proven track record of designing and developing custom solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Insurance domain knowledge.
