Associate Sales Representative

Clinical Associate Representative Opportunity:

TalentWell is seeking a Clinical Associate Representative for the largest and fastest growing long term care (skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and home health) mobile laboratory in Texas. This role will support the Austin Territory (in/around the city) as an Associate, that's main responsibility of the role is to maintain and manage current accounts by providing ongoing support to Skilled Nursing customers.

Full-time, direct hire role

Pay: $40,000/year + monthly commission based on production in territory ($2k-$3k/month potential)

Monthly Reimbursements: Mileage (37 cents/mile), expense account ($500/food, travel, parking, hotel etc.), cell phone ($50)

Schedule: Monday-Friday schedule-must be available to support territory/clients after hours and weekends as needed

Position works out in the territory daily driving in/around Austin and surrounding areas

Clinical Associate Representative Essential Job Functions:

Reports directly to Sales Leader within Austin, TX Territory

Travels daily within/around the Austin, Texas Territory meeting with medical professionals in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) industry

Hunting and cold calling medical businesses

Customer retention and maintenance of medical accounts

Clinical Associate Representative Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

College Science Degree/Recent Graduate preferred

Interest in medical sales and healthcare industry

Prefer 1-2 years post graduation professional working experience

Ability to work weekend/nights for tradeshows or client dinners

Team oriented, problem solver, self-reliant, accountable

Position has the potential to grow into a Medical Sales Leader role
