As a Talent Acquisition Consultant with a focus on IT Technical, Retail, Exempt and Non-Exempt positions, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position is a three-month assignment with a primary focus on fulfilling IT technical roles, Retail Store Managers, Order Management and Call Center within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT technical roles, possess excellent sourcing and interviewing skills, and be able to adapt quickly to our hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Recruitment:

Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source qualified candidates for IT technical positions.

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.

Candidate Evaluation:

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, assessing their technical skills, experience, and potential cultural alignment with the organization.

Work closely with the HR Director in additional daily task and Projects asigned.

Requirements:

Previous experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT technical roles preferred.

Strong understanding of IT technical positions, including but not limited to software developers, engineers, systems administrators, and IT support specialists.

Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top technical talent through various channels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
