We provide professional support and expertise in Automation, Manufacturing Systems, and Information Technology, assisting clients in strategy development, concept design, project execution, and lifecycle planning.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of capital automation projects utilizing industry best practices and client-specific business processes.

Provide support for project scope, deliverables, schedule, and project team coordination for capital expenditure (CapEx) automation projects.

Contribute to the development and evaluation of Requests for Proposal (RFP) and vendor analysis for General contracting and engineering services, particularly in design-build projects.

Oversee system integrations and ensure compliance with GMP requirements, EHS&S regulations, and security protocols.

Coordinate and support engineering and automation design, commissioning, qualification, and QA Validation activities.

Proactively identify and recommend process and procedure improvements.

Serve as a representative of the Capital Project Automation group with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering-related field.

10+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, preferably within the pharmaceutical or Biotech industry.

Proficiency in Emerson DeltaV Process Control System (PCS).

Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and non-GMP project requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally and adapt to a fast-paced team environment.

Ability to interpret and comprehend engineering plans and specifications.
