Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Computer Vision AI Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge real-time computer vision applications using NVIDIA products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in computer vision AI, particularly with Yolov8 algorithms and pose estimation, and have a proven track record of managing remote teams effectively. This role is critical to our client's mission to innovate and bring a new product to market within the next 12 months, requiring a results-driven leader passionate about product development and team success.

Responsibilities:

Lead a remote team of 5-8 computer vision engineers to develop and implement real-time CV AI applications using NVIDIA products.

Design and develop advanced computer vision algorithms, focusing on Yolov8 for object detection and pose estimation techniques.

Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring the product meets all technical specifications and market needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to align technical development with business goals.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Oversee the integration of DeepX tools, enhancing the team's capabilities in developing efficient and scalable solutions.

Monitor project progress, set timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

A minimum of five years of professional experience in computer vision or related fields, with a focus on real-time applications.

Extensive knowledge of and experience with NVIDIA technologies and computer vision AI.

Proficiency in developing and implementing Yolov8 algorithms and pose estimation methods.

Familiarity with DeepX or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Demonstrated leadership skills with a successful track record of managing remote technical teams.

Strong project management skills and the ability to drive a project from conception to market within tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with teams across different time zones.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
