Position Title: ServiceNow Project Manager

Position Summary: The Project Manager will oversee complete road-mapping and implementation of the ServiceNow CMDB including process documentation and direction to developers, analysts, and testers as project team members. This role is responsible for the delivery of both the ServiceNow Platform and Business Process documentation.

Skill/Experience/Education:

Mandatory Skills:

5-10 years of relevant client experience in similar technology (excluding training period), with a minimum of 2 years on-site experience in similar technology and domain.

Experience leading Project Management on a ServiceNow CMDB implementation

Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.

Experience in project management methodologies.

Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform.

Knowledge of Content Management Database (CMDB).

Understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Expertise in Change Management and Incident Management.

Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices.

Desired Skills:

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Business Process Documentation Creation

This position requires a candidate with strong project management skills, technical expertise, and experience in implementing ServiceNow modules and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints while ensuring high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
