Seeking an EA with Private Equity/Hedge Fund Background
Responsibilities:
Manage executives’ calendars, set up meetings and notify of any changes
Manage travel and accommodation arrangements-personal and professional
Keep track of daily expenses and prepare reports as needed
Reconcile credit card statement and post journal entries
Handle all personal assistant duties
Act as the point of contact among clients and other external partners
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
Ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5-10 years executive assistant experience
Experience working in Road Shows
Experience working with a Financial Firm
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
