Job Title: Cyber Security Engineer

Location: Calabasas (2-3 days on site) MUST LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Salary: $140,000 per year

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $140,000 per year and requires 2-3 days onsite.

Responsibilities:

Conduct proactive threat hunting and log analysis

Manage security infrastructure using Palo Alto Cloud Services

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and rules

Monitor networks and optimize threat protection tools

Document security incidents and actions taken

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Participate in On-Call rotations

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in cybersecurity

Experience with Azure, Palo Alto Cloud Apps, and AWS platforms

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, ISO 27001)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Proficiency with Palo Alto, Tenable.io, and Microsoft security tools

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Willingness to work a hybrid schedule
