Lead Accountant

The Accounting Lead will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activities of the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience.

Big 4 auditing experience required.

Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP.

Experience with financial reporting and internal controls.

Proficiency in accounting software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
