About the TeamOur Solution Consulting team is a strategic partner to the sales organisation and responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. As a member of our diverse and skilled team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's solutions. It is this team's job to bring the value of our solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.

About the Role

Workday is looking for an outstanding colleague with HCM expertise to join our UK&I Large Enterprise team.

Our team demonstrates the value of next generation SaaS HCM solutions to Workday prospects and customers. By leveraging deep Human Resource and enterprise software product knowledge, Workday Solution Consultants provide Human Resource expertise, executive presentations, and Workday HR product demonstrations in partnership with our sales team to customers throughout the sales cycle. Our team works in a highly complex environment that requires curiosity, flexibility, and drive.

Responsibilities:

Building a compelling vision of the Workday HCM solution through the delivery of relevant solution presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and events.

Uses in-depth HCM knowledge to provide expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations

Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand pain points, current business processes, and ideal future state

To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution.

Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.

To assist sales in the response to RFIs/RFPs

Key skills that you will bring to the role and further hone include but not limited to:

Domain expertise and experience in HR domain

Present our solutions in front of technical and business audiences

Value based selling (value led approach) in a Solution / Sales Consulting environment

Strong technical and functional experience

Strong presentation skills - able to 'tell the story'

About You

Required qualifications / experience:

Extensive Human Resource domain expertise either in a Solution Consulting, Implementation, or HR practitioner role.

Strong understanding in the HR Management domain including areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Management, Compensation, etc.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work on multiple projects individually as well as working cross-functionally.

Exceptional presentation & communication skills.

Experience with value based selling.

Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, talking to and selling to the office of the CHRO specifically.

Experience presenting cloud-based solutions to both functional and technical audiences.

Business fluent in English. Any other languages are a plus.
