Job Description

Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. is committed to driving innovation and excellence. As a Business Market Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, financial data and operational performance to provide data-driven insights and ensure strategic decision-making.

As a Business Market Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes while identifying opportunities for growth and drive profitability.

The position requires an innate passion to use the power of technology in identifying trends and using predictive analysis to generate actionable insights that support sound decision-making.

What you will do:

Market Analysis:Conduct a comprehensive analysis of competitor activities, industry trendsand market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats for the company.

Business Strategy:Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and initiatives based on market insights and financial analysis.

Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data,including revenue, expensesand profitability, to assess performance to develop forecasts and budgetary plans.

Operational Efficiency:Evaluate operational processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Risk Management:Assess potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards.

Data Analysis:Organize, collect and generate actionable insights from various sources to support decision making.

Performance Monitoring:Identify and establish key performance indicators (KPI’s) and metrics to monitor performance and track progress towardgoals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, operationsand finance, to align business objectives anddrive cohesive strategies.

Presentation and Reporting:Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings, recommendationsand progress updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, utilizing compelling storytelling techniques that are easily understandable.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What we need from you:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economicsor a related field.

A minimum of fiveyears of relevant experience as a business analyst or in a similar role within a data-driven environment.

Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role within the industry.

Expertise in analytical reporting, financial modeling and data analysis tools, anddata visualizationand presentation tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint andWord.

Knowledge of SAP, Power BIand AI.

Demonstrated ability and knowledge of chemical industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics for analyzing market trends, forecasting business opportunitiesand providing actionable insights.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of influencing key business decisions through data-driven insights.

Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
