Description:

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Supporting the VP of Procurement and cross-functional partners to deliver key strategic procurement activities, as well as to understand needs, objectives, and priorities to improve cost, cash, service and quality

Collaborate with supply team, quality control, and R&D to understand formulations, material requirements, and unique specifications to inform sourcing strategy

Manage the relationship with the existing supply base and introduce SRM program

Manage the process of identifying, selecting, and developing new partners

Continuously improve supplier performance partnerships

Help drive negotiation targeting to achieve continuous GM expansion and NWC optimization

Identify risks and maximize opportunities involved in the sourcing process

Contribute to and drive the implementation of the growth strategy

Collaborate with the business and innovation teams, ensuring alignment of strategy, portfolio, execution, and investment for new product development

Implement competitive strategies based on market intelligence

Ensure procurement technical excellence

Contribute to sourcing the best panel of suppliers, in line with global strategy, competitive environment, and brand needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain within consumer healthcare, VMS, or FMCG

Strong understanding of the nutraceutical manufacturing landscape, regulatory requirements, and quality standards in the dietary supplements industry (highly preferred)

Proven track record of successful supplier relationship management, negotiation skills, and contract management.

Experience transitioning from tolling to turnkey procurement processes

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
