A growing consulting firm in Washington, D.C. is currently seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join their team as their new Executive Assistant. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for Executives, in particular the CIO.
Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
Scheduling and planning meetings & events, including booking conference rooms, setting up & running presentations, and submitting catering requests.
Arranging travel and processes expense reports for Executives and Board members as requested by liaising with Executives & Board Members and submitting travel requests and liaising with the travel department
Submitting expense reports and invoicing requests for CIO
Supporting logistics for staff meetings
Updating SharePoint pages with office-specific information and maintaining file system
Providing administrative and logistical support for regular department or divisional meetings and other corporate events
Performing other job duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years of Administrative experience
Bachelor's Degree
Computer savvy
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
Customer service oriented
Exceptional phone etiquette
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
Bilingual
