Handle a diverse caseload of Healthcare/FDA/Cyber & Data Security/Antitrust/Class Action/IP/Patent/Trademark litigation/Insurance Litigation/Complex Litigation/Commercial litigation matters.

Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.

Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in Washington DC.

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
