This role extends beyond standard accounting responsibilities; it offers the opportunity to contribute to our legacy. As the Accounting Compliance Specialist, you will be tasked with ensuring adherence to financial regulations, implementing robust compliance frameworks, and safeguarding our financial reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance Guardian: Develop and implement comprehensive accounting compliance strategies to uphold regulatory standards and mitigate financial risks.

Team Support and Training: Provide guidance and training to finance teams to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance protocols.

Internal Controls Architect: Design and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity and prevent fraud.

Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact during financial audits, facilitating smooth processes and ensuring compliance.

Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and deploy accounting policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Continuous Improvement Advocate: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains within the accounting compliance function.

Are you the perfect fit for this role?

· Atleast 4 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Direct/Indirect Taxation and ROC compliances in a CA Firm

· Should be proficient in MS Excel

· Should be aware of payroll compliances

· Should be well versed in Drafting work in accordance with the Companies Act (Board Resolutions, Minutes, Agreements etc)

· Should be able to prepare and finalize books of accounts and file IT returns.

· Should be able to communicate well with auditor and lawyers during audit and departmental queries

· Should be able to handle insurance matters

· Should be able to prepare and timely furnish the returns of Govt compliances – GST, TDS & ROC

· Should be able to meet deadline related tasks efficiently within time.
