Role Description

We are seeking a Co-Founder to join our passionate team at Sri Furniture. This pivotal role requires a candidate with either significant investment capacity or 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience within the office furniture or office interior sales industry. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in shaping the company's direction, contributing to strategic decision-making, business development, and market expansion efforts. This position is based in Gurugram or the broader Delhi NCR region.

Qualifications

Demonstrated investment capacity or 5 to 10 years of successful sales experience in office furniture or office interior sales

Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to fuel growth and innovation

Strong leadership qualities and adaptability to the startup environment

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Residency in Gurugram or Delhi NCR

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
