QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of hotel experience

1+ years of customer service experience

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE

As our Front Desk Attendant - Receptionist, you're a key player in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our members. You greet members in person or over the phone, handle inquiries, and manage reservations for various club outlets, including the ladies' locker room, main dining room, and special member events. Additionally, you direct members, non-members, and event guests throughout the club for a seamless experience.

You contribute to the team by maintaining a safe and clean reception area, creating function sheets, and documenting actions for team continuity. Your attention to detail extends to printing F&B menus and managing various documents. You're a vital part of delivering exceptional service!
