Seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Real Estate company in Marlton. Real Estate license required, but assistance provided for obtaining one. Showing Assistants needed to facilitate home showing tours. Desired qualities: organizational skills, dedication, and consumer-centric enthusiasm. No prior Real Estate sales experience needed, comprehensive training provided. Actively recruiting new agents to educate about the local real estate market and buyer communication. Hourly compensation: $25 to $30Compensation:
$25 - $30 hourlyResponsibilities:
Provide guidance to prospective buyers by facilitating showings of available properties
Coordinate buyer tours and keep them on track
Engage with customers when touring properties and gathering feedback
Assist the lead Agent by suggesting homes that fit the client’s criteria
Promote business development in the office during downtimes
Acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to become a licensed Real Estate Agent
Follow up on viewings by providing feedback and pertinent information
Qualifications:
Have the confidence to interact with diverse personalities
Maintain a professional demeanor
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possess excellent organizational abilities
Remain flexible to meet customers' needs
Be willing to acquire a Real Estate license
