Role Overview:
This role is the ambassador for the organization's first point of contact for each visitor walking in. They will be responsible for directing all visitors to the correct department. While demonstrating a positive and professional attitude. The Receptionist / Cashier will assist the dealership with general customer service and daily transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealership ambassador greets everyone walk in through the door.
Cashier will be accepting payments for service worked performed.
Answering and directs phone calls.
Works with the service advisors.
Schedule customer vehicle for service appointments
Tracks Ups for the sales department.
Except all forms of payments for the sales department and writing receipts.
Enter customers to VinSolutions for sales.
Communicate with advisor on any discrepancies in regard to payments.
Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals.
All other duties assigned by GM.
Experience Requirements:
No experience required, will train candidates.
Computer and communication skills must be at an intermediate level.
Employees must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and math skills.
Employee must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
Skills
Microsoft office preferred.
Professional Phone etiquette.
Strong Customer service experience
Cash handling, reconciliations and tracking.
Automotive experience a plus but not required.
