Tax Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tax Litigation Associate to join our client’s team. As a Tax Litigation Associate, you will represent clients in tax-related legal matters, handle complex litigation cases, and provide strategic tax advice.

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in federal, state, and local tax litigation cases, including administrative proceedings, appeals, and litigation in tax court.

- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex tax issues and develop strong arguments to support clients' cases.

- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies and provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admission to the Ohio state bar and in good standing.

- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience practicing tax law, with a focus on tax litigation.

- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, regulations, and court procedures.

- Proven track record of successfully handling complex tax litigation cases.
