Requirements:

At least 5 years of trial experience, preferably on plaintiff side (open to insurance defense attorneys)

Deposition and trial experience required

Experience with complex medical malpractice preferred

Licensed to practice in Virginia

Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player

Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
