Background:

7+ years of experience practicing law required

Areas of law preferred are corporate M&A, elder law, community association law, business immigration, healthcare law, business law, intellectual property, estate planning, school law, civil or commercial litigation or taxation

Admitted to practice in Ohio required

Admitted to practice in Kentucky preferred

Book of business required
