About the Role: Customer Engineer - Dynamic 365 CRM- 100% Remote

Job Title: Customer Engineer- Dynamic 365 CRM (Bilingual - French)

Responsibilities: Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments, and providing expert guidance. Train customers and share industry and development expertise. Be part of a thriving developer community that's constantly looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience, software development goals, and use of technology. Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones. Gain access to expertise and support from Client’s consulting practice and product group. Growth Mindset Troubleshooting/Problem Analysis Maintain, and extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust and respect for Client Premier. Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation and training skills

Qualifications: Proven experience in Dynamics CRM on-premises deployment and administration. Additional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE Online and Power Platform will be an asset. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture and customization development will be required. Need a strong understanding of business application performance tuning which includes an understanding of SQL, IIS (Internet Information Services), Networking, and client-side troubleshooting. Delivering and/or authoring technical training. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills to interact with key stakeholders. Previous Consulting and/or customer facing role experience. Deep technical acumen combined with a curiosity to continue learning. Excitement for modern engineering tools and practices.

Required Skill Set: Dynamics CRM Enterprise level support and administration focused specifically with: CRM deployment and configuration CRM customization CRM integration CRM performance and tuning optimization Dynamics CRM Cloud Migration Knowledge in CRM 2016+ build versions and upgrade experience Architectural experience for Dynamics CRM Delivering and/or authoring technical training Environment health assessment experience Data recovery planning Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform Updated feature knowledge in below areas D365 modules like Customer service, Sales, Field Service etc. Minimum knowledge in one module is preferred. Dataverse Power Automate Power Platform Admin Center Customization Administration experience Data and solution migration from on-prem experience Must be FLUENT/NATIVE bi-lingual French/English

Additional qualifications/skillsets: Web Development (ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, KnockoutJS, SignalR) Lead teams in performing configuration and customization of the Dynamics CRM platform, including templates and best practices Add support for new versions of the platform Establish and maintain project plans, and manage projects to plans Business Case development and ability to work with partners Ensure projects adhere to internal development guidelines Identify stakeholders and engage stakeholder ownership of projects Build CRM forms, screens, and views workflows and reports for the user interface Develop and deliver reports, briefs, presentations and project schedules to key project stakeholders Lead a team during all the steps of the project, carry out the solution design of the system and supervise the assigned tasks .NET Technologies (C#, .NET Framework 3.5 and followed, WCF, MSMQ, Windows Services) SQL Server 2008 and followed, Reporting Services, SSIS Talent for connecting with onshore and offshore teams to facilitate project work Work closely with Business Service Managers, IT Business Service Analysts and business partners in managing day-to-day issues, identifying process improvement opportunities, and designing solutions to satisfy business needs Advocate the use of Dynamics CRM to improve straight-through processes, controls, and reporting Assist in the management of assigned projects assuring target dates are achieved and quality is maintained Serve as a contributing member of a cross-functional, agile delivery team

Location:

100% Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90K/year- $115K. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
