Sales BDC Agent

Job Description

Job Summary:

Envision Honda of Milpitas is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales BDC Agent. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for generating and following up on sales leads to increase dealership sales. This is a full-time position with a base salary of $20 per hour, plus bonuses, in the competitive auto industry. The position is located in Milpitas, California.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a base salary of $20 per hour, paid semi-monthly. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on your performance. Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on sales leads from various sources such as online inquiries, phone calls, and walk-ins

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles

- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership

- Track and update all customer interactions and sales progress in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

- Participate in sales events and promotions to attract potential customers

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to vehicle purchase

- Attend regular training and development programs to stay updated on the latest models and features of our vehicles

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successful sales experience and meeting sales targets

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other office technology

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
