Job Summary:

The Billing Clerk at Naples Nissan is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all financial transactions related to vehicle sales. This individual will work closely with the sales and finance departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and finance, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry. The compensation for this role is $25 to $30 per hour, paid weekly. Benefits for this position include health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and in a timely manner

- Review contracts and other financial documents for accuracy

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations

- Reconcile all financial records and report any discrepancies to management

- Maintain organized and accurate files and records

- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes

- Collaborate with the sales departments to provide excellent customer service and support

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the auto industry

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of state and federal laws related to billing and collections preferred

- Prior experience with Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite a plus.
