Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Envision Honda of Milpitas. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial success of our dealership by managing and improving the sales process. This is a commission-only sales job in the auto industry, offering a competitive compensation and benefits package. This is a full-time individual contributor role located in Milpitas, California.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive commission-based compensation ranging from $140,000 to $360,000 per year

Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall sales process, from initial customer contact to the closing of the sale

- Monitor and analyze dealership financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase profitability

- Act as a liaison between customers and lenders, negotiating terms and securing financing agreements

- Train and develop sales team members on finance and insurance processes and techniques

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, as well as dealership policies and procedures

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and professional sales experience

- Keep up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred

- At least 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the auto industry

- Proven track record of success in sales and finance, with excellent negotiation skills

- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and regulations

- Ability to effectively manage time, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
